Platters should be consumed within 24 hours of collection and be stored in a fridge. For maximum enjoyment please remove from a fridge 20 minutes ahead of consumption. If your platter includes pastry based products or scotch eggs these benefit from a couple of minutes in the oven or airfryer to refresh!
